Hello, still remember me? If not then Hi! I'm Madz. I am a food blogger and a real life glutton. Well, was a real life glutton. This past weeks I have been trying to shed excess pounds gained through my unhealthy lifestyle by undergoing General Motors diet, and hitting the gym and overall eating wisely and trying not to give in to temptation.
It's too bad that I had to experience a real life nightmare just to realize that I need to improve myself, but nevertheless at least now I know that I am not getting any younger, I just turned 25 this month, if I don't take care of myself now, then when?
I have been following the General Motors diet and I'm on my 2nd cycle now. It'a basically 1 week worth of diet where I have specific food and portions to follow each day. I'm 5 ft 4 in (although I'm confused between 5'4 and 5'5) and I started my diet and gym routine at 156.53 lbs. Today I weigh 141.51 lbs and have lost 11.02 lbs to boot.
My ideal weight based on my Body Mass Index would be around 110 lbs. If I go for 100 lbs I would be underweight already. I can't say that I'm permanently back, but reading thefatkidinside inspired me somehow to create this post. So, here's to better and a healthier lifestyle. I will get me back. :)
