Flavours Of China

BF wanted his noodles fix sometime last week, we were too far from any Mei Lin Pot and Noodle House branches so we settled for somewhere similar. Notice the empty chairs? The crowds opted to sit on the couches instead of the regular chairs, although there really wasn't that much people inside to begin with.

BF had their large Assorted Seafood in White Sauce Noodle Soup. It was served steaming hot and with plenty of seafood and veggies.

While I had my Sharksfin Noodle Soup. Also served piping hot, not much veggies, but with good tasting broth.

Chum and I shared a platter of their Flavors Prawn and Mango Cold Salad. It was almost literally drowned in too sweet for my liking mayonnaise, had 3 or 4 measly looking prawns, the mango was overripe already and therefore too soft and too sweet. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It looked so good in their posters that I was swayed. Well, now I guess I learned my lesson. :)

  1. Hi Nikki! Me too, it's hard to maintain a blog like this, I really get hungry just by looking at my photos. :)
