Coming from someone who doesn't seem to dig onion rings too much, I was a bit surprised when Chum suggested we make our own onion rings the other day. We both didn't have any idea how to make one so we tried Mrs. Kolca's very own onion rings recipe. This is not a "how to" article. We made our onion rings entirely the way Mrs. Kolca posted in her blog.
We only used one big white onion and we filled up a plate. It was A LOT! We even had a hard time finishing everything up. Every onion ring was crisp and very tasty, I can definitely say this is not the last time we are going to make our onion rings.
Next time though, I think we should also have it with home made hamburger perhaps? :)
