For people working in offices 8 hours or more daily, it's just common to get so caught up in their work that's why online food ordering and speedy delivery is heaven sent, or sometimes you just go craving just because you can't get that darn awesome pizza you had out of your mind, just a few days before, courtesy of your officemate's obligatory office birthday treat.

BF and I are specially fond of Yellow Cab's New York's Finest and Brooklyn's Pizza's White Pizza(whew! that's a lot of 's!!!) because the taste is superb and delivery time is on the dot each and every order, and somehow we missed all of that since we worked at home for almost a year for a software development company just starting up.

I keep on pestering BF from time to time to grab something from Yellow Cab and maybe even finally try their famous Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta which I keep reading good comments about. So one day, he finally gave in and even paid for everything. *grin*

Cheese Pizza 14"

Php 420.00 or $ 9.66

We decided to try something new to our taste buds and shared their 14" Cheese pizza with a helping of extra pepperoni. Even though I was on an empty stomach before eating, we surrendered to the fact that we couldn't finish everything in one sitting! I loved how crunchy the edges of each pepperoni was but I wish the pizza wasn't as oily as it was, based on my photo I guess you'll agree. I also think we should have added extra cheese, or make that 2 to 3 extra cheese, just because I want it gooey and stringy.

We had at least 4 to 5 slices left and we had it to go. Good thing we went to watch a movie much later that we devoured the then somehow cold leftover pizza slices. :)

Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta

I thought that a serving of this wasn't that much so I went ahead and ordered one for myself. Turns out, this seems to be good for sharing! BF didn't help me with this since we was also full already with just a few slices of pizza. 

I don't know if my order was just messed up but it was heavy on the saltiness. There were plenty of large shitake mushrooms, juicy chicken strips, and crunchy roasted peanuts that gave the pasta more spunk. We also had this wrapped up to go since we were surprisingly full already. I obviously did not eat this during the movie! Haha, I thought about it but refrained from doing so because It's hard to eat something in a dark place that requires a fork and your attention when your attention is supposed to be glued to the screen.

The next day, I remembered my Charlie Chan was still in the ref so I took it out and heated in the microwave oven. I don't know if anybody does this or what but I found out for myself that it somehow tastes better as a leftover. :D

I just wish my next orders of pizza isn't as oily and my next Charlie Chan wouldn't be as salty, then I'd surely go for it again, dig in, and pig out to my heart's content!
