Brothers Chili Fries
The last time I went to Brothers Burger, I tried their pasta which wasn't really much of a good choice since of course, the place is known for their burgers. This time, I went for a burger, well ALMOST, but not quite. :)

I really had nothing particular in mind, but knew I had to get my French fries fix. My eyes landed and was glued straight to the words "Chili Fries" on their wall menu. Silly me for not asking the cashier first before ordering, I initially thought this was "spicy" fries.
Turns out, it was fries generously topped with ground beef (chili con carne), melted cheese and around 2-3 slices of jalapeño peppers. As evidenced by my photos, the fries were really big but sad to say lacked the crispness I love and demand when eating French fries. It was good enough but I think I won't be ordering this next time around.
Brothers Chicken Fajita Gourmet Sandwich

I was captivated on how colorful their Chicken Fajita sandwich looked, so instead of getting a humongous designer burger, I opted for the former. When it was finally served, I was a bit saddened on how gloomy it kinda looked compared to the photos in their menu. Where were the slices of yellow and red bell peppers?
Serving-wise, the sandwich was really big. Their were plenty of moist and tender chicken meat strips, a few caramelized onions, bell peppers just the right amount of cream cheese and garlic mayo but despite all that, I think it lacks character. I wasn't expecting that much from this but I at least thought this would be something I'll look forward to again.
I can positively say that their Chili Fries and Chicken Fajita sandwich are indeed tummy fillers, but nothing worth remembering. Will you guys do me a favor? Punch me in the face when I dine in Brothers Burger and not order their designer burgers for the nth time. :)
Now, which one of their designer burgers is worth trying? Any other Brothers Burger best seller I MUST try? Do share them! I am still not totally disheartened in trying to love them. :)
