My BF and I eat a lot, and often, but during those numerous times it's always sure that I'm the one behind the pig out session. So when Chum tells me about this great kabab place in Quezon City, I always say YES, after all he's the chef [in our relationship] and apparently has better taste buds than me. :P
Beef Chello Kabab

I'm confused between the various ways people call it. I've read and heard people call it from kebab, kabab to even kebob, though I don't know which one's most acceptable and if there really is a right way to spell it, all I know is as long as it tastes mind-blowingly awesome, then I'm more than satisfied with that.
BF and I arrived very early at around 9:00AM on a Saturday. We headed straight to this kabab place after his work. I've read in Animetric's blog that a lot of people frequent this place, there were only a handful when we got there. Well probably because of the time. :)
BF did the ordering for us and got 2 orders of their Beef Chello Kabab. It was served immediately. Presentation wise it doesn't look that appetizing, but looks are almost always deceiving. One bite of everything and I was hungry for more. The beef was flavorful albeit a bit chewy [but it's beef, I think that's always a given already], the roasted onions and tomatoes still hot, and the steamy long grained rice with melted [unsalted?] butter was definitely the perfect companion for the beef!
We were dining al fresco as it was kind of dark inside the restaurant. Plus add to that the heat of that day, which lead me to order a watermelon shake for myself. Of course it wasn't anything out of the ordinary, but you definitely can't go wrong with watermelon shake. It was a good choice and helped me cool down a bit.
I'm sure Chum and I will revisit again soon. It's just too good and might I add too affordable to miss. So if you find yourself within the vicinity, why not try World Class Persian Kabab? I give you a personal guarantee that you'll get your money's worth. Till the next pig out session! :)
