There would be no description as fitting as Rachel Green's for this wonderful cheesecake. "It had a buttery, crumbly, graham cracker crust, with a very rich yet light, cream cheese filling..." Oh wait, is your mouth watering just yet?
Strawberry Cheesecake

This cheesecake is good enough sans the strawberry jam and macadamia nut shavings. The cheesecake has that undeniable "melt in your mouth" quality that made me dig in for another mouthful, until I was in a happy cheesecake coma.
The price may seem too steep for just a slice but obviously they are very generous with their serving and I promise you that you will not be able to finish it in one sitting, but maybe not. :)
