A few weeks ago, I was feeling a bit dejected and scared due to work relocation issues. I have been reporting to the same client for more than 2 years, that the news definitely felt like I was a fish being reeled out of water. So I decided my send-off party will not happen just once, but as many times as possible. One of them was an ice cream party, because as they say "I've never met a problem a proper dessert couldn't fix".

Flavors of Naga: Cravings Satisfied at Okuya
I have so many backlogs and yet I'm still in my Naga series. So please bear with me since I really want to complete this series before I move on to the next events, so there's a sense of closure. :P
I do realize that Okuya or any Japanese themed restaurant can be found almost anywhere, but I can't help it that I automatically crave for sushi maybe at least once a week. Good thing Okuya just recently opened in Magsaysay Ave, my grumbling tummy was soon to be appeased.

Flavors of Naga: Working Friday at The Pro Chef's Office
It was a working Friday for me but we wanted to go and pig out, plus it was kinda getting dull staying indoors like I did the day before. Good thing Batch knows about this homey, culinary cafe called The Pro Chef's Office.

Flavors of Naga: My First Taste of Kinalas
Before I left for Naga, I pestered asked my officemate Joey to give me the ultimate list of must-try Naga specialties. He mentioned Laing Pizza, Toasted Siopao to name a few but what caught my attention the most was Kinalas. I couldn't imagine what it was like and that made me want to try it all the more.

Flavors of Naga: Quick Lunch at Geewan
Though I blog about food, there are still certain dishes I'd dare not try like goat meat or anything exotic sounding. Yes I know, I'm a bore! BUT during my recent working vacation in Naga, I surprised myself. I ATE A SHARK!
