Flavors of Naga: Kambingan Restaurant

I'm a sissy when it comes to trying out exotic things but if you try really hard, I just ~might~ change my mind. This was the case when I had a dinner date with College friends in Naga, of all places, and finally had my first taste of chevon.
Kalderetang Kambing 200.00PHP or 4.56USD. It was not bad after all, the meat was very tender and bursting with flavor. I would've relished it more if it had more sauce though.

Adobong Kambing 200.00PHP or 4.56USD. After a few more prodding, I gave in and tried Adobong Kambing next. Same fork tender, flavor packed, well marinated meat. Now I get it why a lot of people enjoy this.

Seafood Omelette 120.00PHP or 2.74USD. This was a perfect appetizer, with just the right amount of zing to make you want more.

Tuna Rice 100.00PHP or 2.28USD. Had I known how flavorful our chosen viands were, I would've opted to go with plain, white rice but nevertheless this was very yummy!

Don't assume that I'm a changed, more adventurous person now. I'm still as reserved and boring as ever, hahaha! Though please trust that I'm making baby steps for a more open minded me. See you on my next pig out session. :)
