Time flew so fast that once again, rainy season is upon us. Though regardless of the weather, I always have a constant hankering for a sumptuous, nourishing and comforting bowl of ramen. As if it isn't obvious through this blog already!
Tan Tan Mien Ramen 290.00PHP or 6.67USD (small). This ramen variety caught my attention the most, and I'm so happy with my choice. Firm noodles topped with minced pork, sesame seeds, veggies, spring onions, spicy oil and garlic oil, all caressed by a sea of pure and heady sesame broth. I simply fell in love with the rich nutty flavor with every loud slurp.
Hokkaido Miso Ramen 290.00PHP or 6.67USD (small). Loaded with minced pork, chashu, mixed veggies, bamboo shoots, spring onions and fried garlic oil enveloped in special Hokkaido Miso broth. This was my friend's order, which I wasn't able to try but I can bet my money that this also tasted superb. How? Let's just say my friend has a relatively small appetite but wiped out her bowl clean. It's that good!
Gyouza 150.00PHP or 3.45USD. We shared an order of this, since we only chose small sized ramen bowls. It's a nice addition, but next time I'd rather order a side of aji tamago instead.
Ah, ramen. You are like a vice I could not and would not want to quit. My tummy and cravings are appeased for now, but I know that I'll be soon craving for more. See you on my next pig out session!
