Ahoy! Currently a (Software) Quality Assurance Manager in the Information Technology field, I'm also a brutal grammar nazi, often mistaken as a "snob", when in fact, I am just a misunderstood introvert. When stressed, multi-tasking can be the death of me, as I am a master of many things, and yet most times of none at all. I often think that I was named from the fictional children's book character, Madeline. Therefore, I named my beloved dog 'Genevieve'. Apparently, I also love run-on sentences, harharhar!

I have this talent for drawing, I just wasn't able to pursue my passion professionally, as I know most of us can relate upon. Don't get me wrong, being in the IT world is fulfilling, but I'd give it up in a heart beat to pursue my childhood dream of becoming an animator. I specialize in anime themed creations, and accurate human hands is my kryptonite! My skills are kinda rusty nowadays, but you can head over to my DeviantART profile to have a quick look.

When inspiration hits, I also write a few articles here and there. I have a few articles around the web that you might stumble into one of these days. I'm not claiming to be a professional writer, I just love being able to connect with some people as far as from the other side of the world.

I have a passion for still life, landscape and food photography, as evidenced by my instagram account. I'm almost always armed with my trusted Nikon J1 with 10-30mm lens kit, which I dropped in a half-asleep state while touring Ilocos Nikon D5200 with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR lens. My friends and family know all too well not to move a single muscle, when I'm still not done taking photos from almost every possible angle. #bloggerpoblems

On my spare time, I read Mystery/Crime themed fiction books like there's no tomorrow and play Ace Attorney series on my Nintendo DSi, or Tomb Raider on the XBOX. I have been contemplating on also getting the 3DS, since I've already played everything from the main series, plus the investigation series! Sadly, I'm a wimp and have no athletic skills or drive, I can barely even ride a bike!

Pig Out Sessions! started out as a blog to share the food trips and cooking adventures with my then boyfriend, but now is revived and continued to be a repository of all my recipes in my recent and fairly successful attempt at healthier living, kitchen experiments, my solo dining experiences, restaurant food reviews, food events and pig out sessions with friends. Just because.

Your pig out buddy,
