Pre-Christmas Team Dinner at Italianni's

It's always good to have a back-up plan, that's what will save your ass in case you get yourself into knee-deep trouble. Okay, I feel like I'm talking about something grave here, when I'm really just talking about dinner plans! We were pressed for time, but the queue at Kettle (Plan A) was crazy, so we had to abort and deviate to Italianni's ( ad-hoc Plan B).

Back for Seconds At Ikkoryu Fokouka Ramen

Before you hurl your mouse at your screen and complain the obvious fact that I am back on a cloying and already tiresome "ramen roll", first things first; I am not sorry. I love ramen, you guys! It's the epitome of comfort in a bowl, it's a serving of happiness in this cold, cruel world but most of all, it's my Kryptonite. I'm not kidding.

Oh, look! It's coffee o'clock! For caffeine lovers, drinking a good cup of coffee is equivalent to a happy way to start anyone's day. Majority of us are coffee dependent, because it never fails to give us that boost and perky outlook we need day in and day out. Therefore, there is nothing more frustrating than tasting bad, rancid coffee. To be brutally frank, I am not a coffee person, but who was I to say no when Australia's Coffee King beckons you to try a cup or two? Morelli's Gelato Caffe at Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong

I'm a dessert person, and I often find comfort in devouring a scoop, or two of premium gelato. My only gripe about this, has nothing to do with the quality of the gelato but more so with its presentation. I find it that the common paper cup serving of gelato hinders me from taking decent, mouth watering shots. That is, until the day that I came across Morelli's Gelato Caffe.  #foodbloggerproblems

Akira: The Art of Sushi and Teppanyaki (An Instant Favorite!)

I live for Japanese food, I crave for ramen, sushi, kani salad and other mouth-watering Japanese staples all the time! Luckily for me, I'm not alone. Ekai shares the same love for Japanese food that I can't help but realize that most of our pig out sessions are in Japanese restaurants. I think the the idiom "birds of the same feather, flock together" really is true.

Ninja Paparazzi Mode At Ikkoryu Fukuoka Ramen

Last Saturday, I met up with Ekai at Shangri-La Plaza Mall to watch Fast & Furious 6 and also to pig out at this ramen place that recently opened in the additional east wing.  We only went for the food but as it turns out, we got more than what we came for!
